No automated telephone answering system is used, you will speak to a member of staff who will advise you of the sevices that we can provide directly and at no cost. Alternativley download and complete the booking form found below and either email to us via the submit email button or print and post to us. Upon recieving your completed booking form one of our advisors will call you to discuss your travel needs and requirements
We will require your actual day of departure from the UK, we will typically collect your baggage 5 working days
before you leave the UK. We would therefore recommend that we process
your booking as soon as you have decided to use our services, certainly
10 working days prior to your departure.
We will
require full details of your destination address and the date and time
you plan on leaving your destination address. While the majority of our
customers are travelling to hotels, where specific delivery and
collection times are flexible we understand that our service is a major
convenience to customers travelling to private addresses. In order
to us to facilitate this service we must be assured that you have made
arrangements for your baggage to be signed for on delivery and on
collection your baggage will be held in a secure and staffed
environment.
All baggage will be security screened on the outbound and inbound
journey and must comprise of your used personal effects only. You will
be required to make a customs declaration to this effect where
necessary.
