If you have been involved in sending goods by air, road or sea - please forgive us for reminding you of the following.

However for those customers unfamiliar with transport systems, the following should help keep the costs down in sending your suitcases.

Remember the old adage "A ton of bricks or a ton of feathers". Transport companies charge for the amount of space you take up on their aircraft, trucks or ships. Pack your suitcases as densely as possible so you are not paying to ship fresh air. Simply use the correct size suitcase needed for your holiday packed tightly. Do not send a huge trunk with only a few items in. Try to keep each individual suitcase to a maximum to 25kgs.

Any prohibited items will be detected by our security screening before your suitcase leaves the UK and will not travel.
