Q) Do you deliver and collect on Saturdays and Sundays?
A) In order to keep our costs competitive, we do not deliver or collect on weekends or any public holidays.

Q) What is a C3?
A) A C3 is a British Customs form, which must be completed and signed by the head of the family travelling. It tells HMRC what is actually in your suitcase.
Q) Are we able to include Christmas gifts, perfumes or foodstuffs in our suitcase.
A) Absolutely not, our service is solely for your personal items needed for your holiday.
