The Baggage Man - How it Works

Call 0800 0232094 and speak to The Baggageman
(AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE)

1.     Provide details of your home and destination addresses
2.     Provide your holiday dates.
3.    The Baggageman will provide you with a pick-up time and date for         when your luggage will be collected and send you all the required                 transportation paperwork organized into two easy envelopes
        "OUTBOUND" & "HOMEBOUND".
4.     Choose your payment method (Credit or Debit Card) 2% fee is                     charged for credit card payments.
5.     Attach the transportation paperwork found within the outbound
        documentation envelope to your luggage, relax and await collection.
6.    Your luggage is collected 4 to 6 working days prior to your arrival at             your chosen destination and is tracked all the way until delivered for             you ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
7.    Our tracking system allows us to notify you in advance of our collection       and delivery dates and time windows to eliminate inconvenience to your        private life.
8.    Have a great trip.

If you have arranged a return consignment, you simply leave your case in the hotel or agreed collection point for The Baggageman to collect.   It will arrive home a few days after you.

Price:

1.    The price per case is for a case weighing up to 18Kgs. ( thereafter per         kilo charge will apply)
2.    Your price per case includes VAT
3.    A processing fee of 2% is applicable to credit card payments only -            not applicable to debit cards.
